In an atmosphere of appreciation and gratitude, the Faculty of Medicine at Aswan University held a ceremony to honor Prof. Mohamed Zaki El-Dashoury, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, in recognition of his efforts and contributions during his two consecutive terms as Dean, from 2019 to 2026. Prior to this, he oversaw the Community Service and Affairs Agency from 2014 to 2015, and the Graduate Studies and Research Agency from 2015 to 2019. The ceremony acknowledged the significant achievements, work, and development witnessed by the Faculty during these years.
The ceremony was a tribute to Prof. El-Dashoury’s sincere efforts in serving the Faculty of Medicine and its university hospitals, his continuous commitment to improving the educational, research, and medical processes, and his support for faculty members, teaching assistants, staff, and students, all of which contributed to strengthening the Faculty’s academic and community role.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Prof. Mohamed Zaki El-Dashoury was presented with a commemorative plaque in recognition of his dedication and loyalty, and in celebration of his service to the Faculty during his two terms as Dean.
