Aswan University achieves advanced position regarding replying citizens’ complaints

Prof. Ahmed Ghalab Mohamed, President of Aswan University stated that within the framework of communicating with citizens and responding to complaints promptly, Aswan University achieved an advanced position among the Egyptian universities. The report of the Unified Governmental Complaints System in the Council of Ministers also mentioned during a detailed report on complaints registered on the system, within a month. Prof. Ahmed Ghallab added that through the university’s electronic system and direct communication with the unified government complaints system in the Council of Ministers, we are working to find solutions and respond to all complaints that come to the university from January 2011 to February 2021 and indicators of performance measurement in terms of total complaints came in 262 individual complaints and 200 complaints. Collective 62 The total number of complaints executed was 262, with a completion rate of 100%, and the complaints included 247 citizens, 11 from a government agency, 2 civil society, and 1 residents.

Among the indicators of replying complaints from January to December 2020, where the total number of complaints reached 83 individual complaints, 66 collective complaints, 17 total complaints executed, 83 complaints, and this comes according to the report of the unified governmental complaints system in the Council of Ministers.
