Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs at the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University, headed by Prof. Mustafa Adam Al-Tayri – Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs, announces holding committees of (postgraduate studies and research-scientific research ethics) on Tuesday corresponding to June 3, 2025 at 10:30 am in the meetings hall in the dean’s office at the headquarter of Aswan University Hospital and the deadline of postgraduate studies (master-doctorate):
-Those who want to hand over research protocols on Monday, May 6, 2025.
-Those who want to hand over research protocols on Monday, June 2, 2025.
Notes:
-(6) master’s protocols will be accepted according to priority handing over( handing over after the deadline will be delayed to the next month).
-(6) doctorate’s protocols will be accepted according to priority handing over( handing over after the deadline will be delayed to the next month).
-(6) posted doctorate’s protocols will be accepted according to priority handing over( handing over after the deadline will be delayed to the next month).
-Protocols applicants must commit to the form created by Postgraduate Studies and follow the detailed instructions available by clicking here.
-Students whose protocols accepted must send electronic copy to members of the committee via the following (postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg) and send a paper copy from supervisors to Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty’s Headquarter.
-Any protocols submitted after the deadline will not be approved.
