Internal medicine department provides several educational and treatment services:
- Educating bachelor students.
- Educating master and MD students.
- Educating internal medicine fellowship students.
- Educating the faculty of nursing students.
- Preparing a weekly scientific day for spreading science and knowledge exchange between doctors.
- Holding training courses and workshops for residents.
- The department held 4 scientific conferences for knowledge and culture exchange between Egyptian. universities and for reaching the state-of-the-art treatment methods.
- The department granted 7 master degrees.
- Providing the medical services for Aswan’s and Upper Egypt’s people.
- Doing x-rays by the using the department’s devices.
