According to the law of the Supreme Council of Universities and its executive regulations regarding the formation of disciplinary councils and disciplinary penalties for students, the Council has decided the following:
⇐ First-year decisions for the academic year 2024/2025:
The Student Disciplinary Council ruled at its session No. (6:1) held on Sunday, February 23, 2025, after researching the following students and confirming the facts found by the Monitoring and Control Committee:
1. Student/ Manal Ezzabi Abdel-Mubdi Ezzabi – registered in the first year in (Cell Biology Block), it was decided to consider the student as having failed in this block.
2. Student/ Mina Samir Farag Zaki – enrolled in the first year in (Cell Biology Block), it was decided to consider the student as having failed this block.
3. Student/ Abdel Razek Abu El Magd Atris – enrolled in the first year in (Cell Biology Block), it was decided to consider the student as having failed this block.
4. Student/ Abdel Hadi Abdullah Abdel Hadi – enrolled in the first year in (Principles of Tissue Anatomy Block), it was decided to consider the student suspended from the first semester.
5. Student/ Maryam Mannan Dabous Hanin – enrolled in the first year in (Cell Biology Block), it was decided to consider the student suspended from the first semester.
6. Student/ Abdel Rahman Ayman Al-Sayed Saber – registered in the first year in (Cell Biology Block), it was decided to consider the student suspended from the first semester.
⇐ Second batch decisions for the academic year 2024/2025:
The Student Disciplinary Council decided at its session No. (2:1) conducted on Thursday, February 25, 2025, after researching the following students and proving the facts found by the Monitoring and Control Committee:
1. Student/ Mohamed Hamdy Mohamed Ahmed – enrolled in the second year with the exam (Skin and Musculoskeletal System), it was decided to cancel the student’s exam in the Skin and Musculoskeletal System block and consider him failed in it with the completion of the rest of the subjects.
2. Student/ Mohamed Ahmed Ezzat Ahmed – enrolled in the second year with the exam (Skin and Musculoskeletal System), it was decided to cancel the student’s exam in the first semester blocks and consider him failed in them.
⇐ Third-year decisions for the academic year 2024/2025:
The Student Disciplinary Council ruled at its session No. (3:1) held on Sunday, February 23, 2025, after researching the following students and proving the facts found by the Monitoring and Control Committee:
1. Student/ Ahmed Abdel Hamid Abdel Rahman Mohamed – enrolled in the third year in (Glands and Reproductive and Developmental Biology Block), it was decided to consider the student failed in the Glands and Reproductive and Cell Biology Block.
2. Student/ Saif El Nasr Yacoub Adam – enrolled in the third year in (Glands and Reproductive and Developmental Biology Block), it was decided to consider the student failed in the Glands and Reproductive and Cell Biology Block.
3. Student/ George Magdy Gaid Raphael – enrolled in the third year in (Glands and Reproductive and Developmental Biology Block), it was decided to consider the student failed in the Glands and Reproductive and Cell Biology Block.
This is an application of the mercy principle, given this is their first offense, and they have been cautioned not to repeat it, and that if they do, the penalty may result in final expulsion from college.
The faculty administration encourages students to follow disciplinary rules and exam-related decisions in order to secure their future.
