The Department of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Medicine – Aswan, headed by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Adam Al-Tayri – Vice Dean of the Faculty for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that it has been decided to hold the (Postgraduate Studies and Research – Scientific Research Ethics) Committees on Monday, February 4, 2025, at exactly 10:30 am in the meeting hall in the Dean’s Office at the headquarters of Aswan University Hospital, and that the last date for postgraduate students (Masters – PhD):
Those wishing to submit research protocols must do so on Monday, January 27, 2025.
Those wishing to submit postgraduate topics must do so on Monday, February 3, 2025.
Notes:
(6) Master’s protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (otherwise they will be carried over to the next month).
(4) Doctoral protocols will be accepted on a first-served basis (otherwise they will be carried over to the next month).
Applicants for protocols must complete the form provided by the Graduate Studies Department and follow the requirements, which can be found by clicking here.
Students whose protocol is accepted must send an electronic copy to the committee members via the following email:
(postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg) and also send a paper copy approved by the supervisors to the Graduate Studies Office at the college headquarters.
Topics submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
