The Department of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Medicine – Aswan, headed by Prof. Mustafa Adam Al-Tairi – Vice Dean of the Faculty for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that the (Postgraduate Studies and Research – Scientific Research Ethics) Committees will be held on Monday, January 6, 2025, at exactly eleven o’clock in the morning at the Dean’s Office at the headquarters of Aswan University Hospital, and that the last date for postgraduate students (Master’s – PhD):
The deadline for researchers to submit their research protocols is Monday, December 30, 2024.
Submission deadline for postgraduate subjects is Sunday, January 5, 2025.
Notes:
-6 Master’s protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (otherwise, they will be carried over to the next month).
-A maximum of four doctoral protocols will be accepted (otherwise, they will be carried over to the next month).
-Applicants for protocols must complete the form provided by the Graduate Studies Department and follow the requirements, which can be found by clicking here.
Students whose protocols are accepted must send an electronic copy to the committee members via email (postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg) as well as a hardcopy copy approved by their supervisors to the Graduate Studies Office at the college’s headquarters.
Topics submitted after the stipulated deadline will not be considered.
