
The Central Administration for Technical Affairs of Councils and Committees of the University Education and Cultural Relations Sectors (General Administration of Technical Affairs of Councils) announces that, in response to correspondence sent in February 2024, the Supreme Council of Universities has decided to approve an integrated proposal to promote scientific publishing in Egyptian universities.
This is part of the implementation of the National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research 2030, which confirms higher education and scientific research as an “international reference.” The Supreme Council of Universities established an optional path for submitting master’s and doctorate dissertations in universities to boost international publication by Egyptian scholars, as long as the relevant councils of each university approve it.
