The General Administration of Cultural Relations (Department of International Organisations and Conferences), in response to what the Head of the Central Administration for Affairs of the Office of the Minister of Higher Education, which included Prime Minister, reported to the Council Secretariat, confirms the following:
”It is required not to communicate with foreign parties or international organizations until referred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as it is the national point of contact, and not to provide the possibility to engage in actions that are contrary to Egyptian directives and controls.”
