To examine the seized fraud occurrence, the following steps must be taken:
In the case of non-compliance with the rules of the examination and monitoring committees, the student / Rania Fathi Ahmed – who is enrolled in the second year regularly for the academic year 2022/2023, and the student was caught using an electronic cheating method (a mobile phone) in the “respiratory and kidney system” exam on Sunday, July 30, 2023.
The incident was reported, and after an investigation with the student, the incident was proven, and the student acknowledged that the incident would not be repeated and that it was the first time, and in the interest of the student’s future and using the principal of mercy because it was her first incident, the Disciplinary Board decided:
First, the student’s exam in the aforementioned topic is canceled, she is considered to have failed it, and the exam for the remaining subjects is completed.
Second, warn the student not to repeat the behavior, and if he or she does, the punishment may include dismissal from college.
Third, post the decision on the college’s official website and bulletin board.
The college administration advises students not to repeat any cheating occurrences to avoid being expelled from the college by the regulations.
