The Central Administration for Technical Affairs of the councils and committees of the university education and cultural relations sectors announces that the Supreme Council of Universities was informed, in its session held in April 2023, of the periodic letter issued by the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, which includes the following:
According to the President of the Republic’s directives, no ministry, authority, or government agency may enter into any agreements or protocols regarding the implementation of any targeted national projects with (government agencies, the private sector, etc.) without the presentation and approval of the President of the Republic.
Regard to the submission must contain all of the project’s specific data:
-What is ready to be executed.
-Project objectives.
-Engineering and architectural designs, if the project is a building work.
-Timeline.
-Cost of implementing as estimated.
-Funding source in accordance with the schedule for implementation.
-Indicate whether it comes from the general budget, yourself, or linked funds.
