The Special Committee announces “The Candidature for Deanship Position of the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University ” opens among the professors works in the faculty, starting from today, Monday corresponding to 22/8/ 2022, until 28/8/2022.
The applications shall be submitted by hand at the office of Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman Abu Zaid – University President and the Head of the Committee, at the library headquarters at the university administration from 9:am until 2:pm throughout the period of receiving applications, the candidates should submit the following documents:
-Submission of candidature in the name of the university president.
-An official case statement approved by the faculty’s personnel affairs, including academic and occupational progression.
-CV of the applicant.
-A strategic plan for the development of the faculty during the deanship period, indicating the shortcomings, reform methods, and proposals for development and development in the faculty.
Six (6) personal photos.
-A copy of the national ID card.
-Certificate from the General Administration of Legal Affairs.
Note:
The committee will announce the timetable for appeals and respond to them, as well as to present the candidates for their programs.
