The conference was attended by the vice president of education and students&#8217; affairs <span style=\"color: #800000\">Prof. Hanan Abdel Moneim<\/span>, the dean of the faculty of medicine <span style=\"color: #800000\">Prof. Mohammed Zaki Al Dahshori<\/span>, the head of the Egyptian Neuropsychiatric Society <span style=\"color: #800000\">Prof. Hussein Mohamed Hussein<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #800000\">Dr. Ihab Emad<\/span>, the undersecretary of the ministry of health in Aswan, and the general manager of Aswan university hospitals <span style=\"color: #800000\">Prof. Abdullah Al-Obeidi<\/span>. \u00a0The Conference opened with some verses from the Holy Quran and followed by the national anthem of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Prof. Hanan Abd Al Moneam welcomed the attendees and referred to the importance of the department with its various specialties and thanked the event&#8217;s organizers.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"color: #800000\">Dr. Iman<\/span>, the chairman&#8217;s of the conference, indicated that five scientific sessions and more than one workshop will be held to handle the new developments in the diagnosis and treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders, and the latest research on the abuse of tramadol. The conference introduced the experience of Aswan university faculty of medicine in using cerebral catheters to treat hematomas and birth defects resulted by cerebral atherosclerosis. The experience was applied to 16 cases and succeeded by 100%, as well as the use of repeated magnetic induction as a new treatment for Enuresis in Children.
