When conducted according to rigorous scientific standards and directed toward addressing societal needs, research becomes a key driver of national development and progress.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">In an era of globalization and increasing competition among universities worldwide for higher international rankings, scientific research has become a fundamental pillar in the evaluation of higher education institutions and their academic performance.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">Against this backdrop, it is essential to develop a comprehensive plan for advancing the institution\u2019s research activities. Such a plan should include the modernization and enhancement of core curricula covering the fundamentals of scientific research, as well as the development of all components of the research process\u2014from researchers and research resources to publication channels, research opportunities, and sustained collaboration on joint research projects.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">This Research Plan represents an important step toward establishing a systematic approach to planning the College\u2019s future research activities. It provides a framework for defining a realistic vision and clear objectives for scientific research, aligning these objectives with measurable goals within a defined timeframe and in accordance with the College\u2019s capacity to achieve them.
