Cairo;\">\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014-<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Cairo;\">Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and President of the Supreme Council of Universities<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Cairo;\">After reviewing Law No. 49 of 1972 regarding the organization of universities and the laws amending it.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Cairo;\">And Presidential Decree No. 809 of 1975 issuing the executive regulations for the Universities Organization Law and the amending decisions thereof.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Cairo;\">And the approval of the Aswan University Council, in its session on 3\/27\/2017.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Cairo;\">And the decision of the Supreme Council of Universities in its session on 11\/16\/2017.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Cairo; color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">It has been decided that:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;
