faculty members and their assistant staff that, when organizing, attending, or participating in conferences, whether domestic or international, all required information and supporting documents must be submitted to the Cultural Relations Officer at the respective faculty at least three weeks prior to the conference date.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">This will allow the University\u2019s Conference Department sufficient time to process and approve the relevant decision and obtain the required security clearances.<\/span><\/p><p><span
