Under the patronage of Prof. Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed<\/span> \u2013Aswan University President, and Prof. Mohamed Zaki El Dahshoury<\/span> \u2013 Faculty of Medicine Dean, the infection control training course was held in the Training Center at Aswan University Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Ashraf Mabead<\/span> – Director of Aswan University Hospitals, entitled \u201c Central Sterilization<\/span><\/p>\n Amid applying precautionary and preventive measures against COVID-19, which is one of the series of training courses that have been held at the center in the field of infection control and confronting COVID-19, courses have been held on hand washing, wearing and taking off personal condoms as well as the safe disposal of hazardous waste and methods of floors and surfaces disinfection and safe injection.<\/span><\/p>\n The training was attended by Prof. Mohamed Mostafa Amin<\/span> – Director of the Infection Control Unit at Aswan University Hospital, Dr. Dina Mahmoud Morsi<\/span> – Deputy Director of the Unit, as well as Dr. Iman Salama<\/span> – Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit at Aswan University Hospital. The lecturer was Eng. Hussain Nasser from Ghatori Medical Company, which was primarily targeted at nurses in charge of sterilization, as well as physicians.<\/span><\/p>\n
