\"\"The Postgraduate Studies and Research Department, Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University, headed by\u00a0Prof. Mustafa Adam El-Tiri,\u00a0Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that the Postgraduate Studies and Research Committee and the Research Ethics Committee will convene on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., in the Dean\u2019s Office at Aswan University Hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n

The deadlines for graduate students (Master\u2019s and PhD) are as follows:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Submission of Master\u2019s and PhD research protocols and postdoctoral research proposals is Monday, February26, 2026.<\/span>
\n-To receive the postgraduate studies topics is on Monday corresponding to 2 February, 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-A maximum of six (6)<\/span> Master\u2019s research protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n

-A maximum of four (4)<\/span> PhD research protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n

-A maximum of five (5) <\/span>postdoctoral research proposals will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Master\u2019s and PhD students whose research protocols are scheduled for discussion before the Postgraduate Studies Committee must wear a white coat during the discussion.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Applicants must adhere to the form prepared by the\u00a0Postgraduate Studies Department\u00a0and follow the accompanying instructions, which can be accessed via the provided link.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Students whose protocols are accepted must submit an electronic copy to the committee members via email at <\/span>(postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg )<\/span> and a hard copy, approved and signed by their supervisors, to the Postgraduate Studies Office at the Faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Applicants for protocols must adhere to the form prepared by the Postgraduate Studies Department and follow the link, which can be obtained by\u00a0clicking here.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Submissions received after the specified deadlines will not be considered.<\/span><\/p>\n
