color: #000000;\">The Department of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University, headed by Prof. Mostafa Adam El-Tiri, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that the Postgraduate Studies and Research Committee and the Research Ethics Committee will convene on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the Dean\u2019s Office at Aswan University Hospital.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">The deadlines for graduate students (Master\u2019s and PhD) are as follows:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">Submission of Master\u2019s and PhD research protocols and postdoctoral research proposals:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">Monday, March 30, 2026.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">Submission of graduate research topics:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">Monday, April 6, 2026.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">Notes:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">-A maximum of six (6) Master\u2019s research protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; any additional submissions will be postponed to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">-A maximum of four (4) PhD research protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; any additional submissions will be postponed to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">-A maximum of five (5) postdoctoral research proposals will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; any additional submissions will be postponed to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">-Master\u2019s and PhD students who submit research protocols for discussion before the Graduate Studies Committee must wear a white coat during the discussion session.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">-Applicants for protocols must adhere to the form prepared by the Graduate Studies Department and follow the guidelines shown, which can be obtained by <a href=\"https:\/\/med.aswu.edu.eg\/en\/registration-of-master-and-phd\/\">clicking here.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">-Students whose protocols are accepted must send an electronic copy to the committee members via email at:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">(postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg)<\/span> and submit a hard copy, certified by their supervisors, to the Graduate Studies Office at the Faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;
