Prof. Mohamed Zaki El-Dashoury,<\/span> Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and Prof. Mohamed Mostafa Hussein,<\/span> Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, have approved the results of the first-semester examinations for first-year students for the 2025\/2026 academic year. They extend their best wishes for the students\u2019 continued success and excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Students who wish to access their results are kindly requested to follow the steps below:<\/span>
\n-Access the Student Services Portal (Ibn Al-Haytham System \u2013 Aswan University) by clicking the following link.<\/a><\/span><\/span>
\n-Enter your username (National ID number)<\/span>.<\/span>
\n-Enter your password (National ID number)<\/span>.<\/span>
\n-Click the \u201cLogin\u201d<\/span> button.<\/span>
\n-A message will appear stating: \u201cYour password has expired. You must change it.\u201d Click \u201cOK.\u201d<\/span><\/span>
\n-Enter your National ID number in the \u201cCurrent Password\u201d field.<\/span>
\n-Then enter a new password in the \u201cNew Password\u201d<\/span> field.<\/span>
\n-The password must meet the following requirements:<\/span>
\n-At least 8 characters and no more than 30 characters.<\/span>
\n-Must start with a letter.<\/span>
\n-Must contain at least three of the following four categories:<\/span>
\n-Uppercase letters<\/span>
\n-Lowercase letters<\/span>
\n-Numbers<\/span>
\n-Special characters [!@$^*_]<\/span>
\n-Re-enter the new password in the \u201cConfirm Password\u201d field, then click \u201cConfirm.\u201d<\/span>
\n-A window displaying the Terms of Use will appear. Click \u201cAgree,\u201d then \u201cYes.\u201d<\/span>
\n-A window will appear requesting you to complete your contact information.<\/span> Please enter the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

1-Email address<\/span> (must be different from your university email and will be used to recover your password if forgotten).<\/span><\/p>\n

2-Mobile phone<\/span> number (preferably a personal number with WhatsApp).<\/span><\/p>\n

3-Last name<\/span> (in English).<\/span><\/p>\n

4-Middle name<\/span> (in English).<\/span><\/p>\n

5-First name<\/span> (in English).<\/span><\/p>\n

6-Then click \u201cOK.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

7-You will then be directed to a new window displaying all student services. Select the \u201cAcademic Results\u201d tab.<\/span><\/p>\n
