font-size: 18px;\">The Postgraduate Studies and Research Department, Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University, headed by <span style=\"color: #000080;\">Prof. Mustafa Adam El-Tiri,<\/span> Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that the Postgraduate Studies and Research Committee and the Research Ethics Committee will convene on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., in the Dean\u2019s Office at Aswan University Hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>The deadlines for graduate students (Master\u2019s and PhD) are as follows:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">-Submission of Master\u2019s and PhD research protocols and postdoctoral research proposals is Monday, February26, 2026.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">-To receive the postgraduate studies topics is on Monday corresponding to 2 February, 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">-A maximum of six (6) Master\u2019s research protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">-A maximum of four (4) PhD research protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">-A maximum of five (5) postdoctoral research proposals will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">-Master\u2019s and PhD students whose research protocols are scheduled for discussion before the Graduate Studies Committee must wear a white coat during the discussion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">-Applicants must adhere to the form prepared by the\u00a0Postgraduate Studies Department\u00a0and follow the accompanying instructions, which can be accessed via the provided link.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">-Students whose protocols are accepted must submit an electronic copy to the committee members via email at (postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg ) and a hard copy, approved and signed by their supervisors, to the Postgraduate Studies Office at the Faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 19px;\">-Applicants for protocols must adhere to the form prepared by the Graduate Studies Department and follow the guidelines shown, which can be obtained by <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/med.aswu.edu.eg\/en\/registration-of-master-and-phd\/\">clicking here.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;
