The event was held under the patronage of <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: #ff0000;\">Prof. Loay Saad El-Din Nasrat,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\"> Acting President of Aswan University, and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Prof. Mohamed Zaki El-Dashoury,<\/span> Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\">The ceremony was attended by the Faculty\u2019s Vice Deans:<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> Prof. Mohamed Mostafa Hussein,<\/span> Vice -Dean for Education and Student Affairs; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Prof. Mostafa Adam El-Tiri,<\/span> Vice- Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research; and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Prof. Ashraf Ahmed Maabad,<\/span> Vice- Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development and Executive Director of Aswan University Hospitals. Also present were <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Prof. Ramadan Ghaleb,<\/span> Director of the Specialized Internal Medicine Hospital;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> Dr. Amr Alam El-Din Ahmed,<\/span> Secretary General of the Aswan Doctors Syndicate, representing the Head of the Syndicate; along with executive and community leaders of the governorate, Muslim and Christian religious figures, and distinguished members of the local community. The ceremony took place in a celebratory atmosphere filled with joy and pride, as the Faculty marked the graduation of 125 physicians for the 2024\u20132025 academic year. This cohort represents the first class to graduate under the Faculty\u2019s new study system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\">In his address, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Prof. Nasrat,<\/span> Acting President of the University, congratulated the graduates, emphasizing the University\u2019s strong commitment to advancing medical education. He described the graduation of this cohort as a significant milestone in the history of the Faculty of Medicine, reflecting the success of the academic development and clinical training systems implemented in accordance with the latest educational standards. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\">He expressed confidence in the graduates\u2019 ability to uphold the noble mission of medicine, serving the nation with competence and dedication, particularly in the governorates of Upper Egypt, which remain central to the University\u2019s development strategy. He also commended the Faculty\u2019s continuous efforts to keep pace with modern advancements in medical education and healthcare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\">For his part, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Prof. El-Dashoury,<\/span> Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, expressed his pride in the graduates, noting the Faculty\u2019s pivotal role in preparing scientifically and practically qualified physicians capable of meeting the evolving demands of the medical profession. He highlighted that the new curriculum integrates academic study with clinical training at Aswan University Hospitals, contributing to the enhancement of healthcare services provided to the community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Prof. Mohamed Mostafa Hussein,<\/span> Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, affirmed that the Faculty, in cooperation with Aswan University Hospitals, continues to make steady progress in strengthening scientific research, developing educational programs, and supporting young medical professionals, in alignment with the Egyptian state\u2019s vision for the advancement of the healthcare sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\">The ceremony featured the national anthem, a recitation from the Holy Quran, and a speech delivered by the graduates expressing their gratitude to the University administration and faculty members.
