The Postgraduate Studies and Research Department, Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University, headed by Prof. Mustafa Adam El-Tiri<\/span>, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that the Postgraduate Studies and Research Committee and the Research Ethics Committee will convene on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the Dean\u2019s Office at Aswan University Hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n The deadlines for graduate students (Master\u2019s and PhD) are as follows:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n -Submission of Master\u2019s and PhD research protocols and postdoctoral research proposals is Monday, January 26, 2026.<\/span> Notes:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n -A maximum of six (6) Master\u2019s research protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n -A maximum of four (4) PhD research protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n -A maximum of five (5) postdoctoral research proposals will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n -Master\u2019s and PhD students whose research protocols are scheduled for discussion before the Graduate Studies Committee must wear a white coat during the discussion.<\/span><\/p>\n -Applicants must adhere to the form prepared by the Postgraduate Studies Department<\/span> and follow the accompanying instructions, which can be accessed via the provided link.<\/span><\/p>\n -Students whose protocols are accepted must submit an electronic copy to the committee members via email at (postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg )<\/span> and a hard copy, approved and signed by their supervisors, to the Graduate Studies Office at the Faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n -Submissions received after the specified deadlines will not be considered.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The Postgraduate Studies and Research Department, Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University, headed by Prof. Mustafa Adam El-Tiri, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that the Postgraduate Studies and Research Committee and the Research Ethics Committee will convene on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the Dean\u2019s Office at Aswan University…<\/p>\n
