The University Council, chaired by Prof. Loay Saad El-Din Nusrat,<\/strong> Acting President of Aswan University, convened on January 6, 2026, and resolved as follows:<\/span> -Law No. (49) of 1972 concerning the organization of universities and its Executive Regulations.<\/span> And according to decree No. (1) issued on January 5, 2026, by the Office of the University Secretary the following decisions have been issued:<\/span><\/p>\n Article (1):<\/span><\/strong> Article (2):<\/span><\/strong> Article (3):<\/span><\/strong> Article (4):<\/span><\/strong> Article (5):<\/span><\/strong> Article (6):<\/span><\/strong> The University Council, chaired by Prof. Loay Saad El-Din Nusrat, Acting President of Aswan University, convened on January 6, 2026, and resolved as follows: After reviewing The Egyptian Constitution: -Law No. (49) of 1972 concerning the organization of universities and its Executive Regulations. -Civil Service Law No. (81) of 2016 and its Executive Regulations.…<\/p>\n
\nAfter reviewing The Egyptian Constitution:<\/span><\/p>\n
\n-Civil Service Law No. (81) of 2016 and its Executive Regulations.<\/span>
\n-The Code of Conduct and Ethics for Public Service.<\/span>
\n-The Egyptian Penal Code.<\/span>
\n-Law No. (175) of 2018 on Combating Cybercrimes.<\/span>
\n-Law No. (151) of 2020 on the Protection of Personal Data.<\/span>
\n-The regulations and rules governing work at Aswan University.<\/span>
\n-The established principles and rulings of the Supreme Administrative Court concerning professional conduct regulations and the use of social media by public employees.<\/span>
\n-In order to preserve the prestige and standing of the University, ensure the regular and orderly operation of public services, and maintain a stable academic environment.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nIt is strictly prohibited to create, manage, supervise, or participate in any pages, groups, or electronic accounts bearing the name of Aswan University, attributed to it, or implying representation of or expression of its views, unless prior explicit written authorization is obtained from the competent university authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nIt is prohibited to publish, circulate, republish, or share\u2014by any means\u2014any news, statements, information, or documents related to the University or its affiliates except through official, approved channels and after obtaining prior written approval from the competent authority.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nThe dissemination of rumors, promotion of unverified news, publication of information without official substantiation, incitement of discord, or stirring of unrest\u2014whether within the University campus or through unofficial media or platforms\u2014shall constitute a serious violation subjecting the offender to disciplinary accountability, without prejudice to any resulting criminal or civil liability.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nAny explicit or implicit support, participation, contribution, or endorsement of content that unjustly defames or insults the University or its staff, or that circumvents established legal and official channels, shall be deemed a violation warranting disciplinary action, provided that knowledge or intent is established. This shall be without prejudice to criminal or civil liability where applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nAll University units shall be obligated to take the necessary legal and regulatory measures with respect to any violations detected in this regard and to immediately notify the competent authorities in accordance with established administrative and legal procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nThis decision shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and shall be communicated to all concerned parties and published through the official channels of the University.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
