The Graduate Studies and Research Department at the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan, under the leadership of Prof. Mustafa Adam El-Tiri, <\/span>Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, announces that the Graduate Studies and Research Committee and the Research Ethics Committee will convene on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the meeting hall at the Dean\u2019s Office, Aswan University Hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n Submission Deadlines for Graduate Students (Master\u2019s & PhD)<\/span><\/p>\n Submission of Master\u2019s and PhD research protocols and postdoctoral research proposals:<\/span> Submission of graduate studies topics:<\/span> Important Notes<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n -Six (6) Master\u2019s research protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; any additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n -Four (4) PhD research protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; any additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n -Five (5) postdoctoral research proposals will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; any additional submissions will be deferred to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n -Master\u2019s and PhD students whose research protocols are scheduled for discussion before the Graduate Studies Committee must wear a white coat during the session.<\/span><\/p>\n -Applicants must strictly adhere to the official form prepared by the Postgraduate Studies Department and follow all related instructions, which can be accessed via the designated link.<\/span><\/p>\n -Students whose research protocols are approved must:<\/span><\/p>\n -Send an electronic copy to the committee members via email at<\/span> -Submit a hard copy, duly approved and signed by their supervisors, to the Postgraduate Studies Office at the Faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n – Any submissions received after the stated deadlines will not be considered.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The Graduate Studies and Research Department at the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan, under the leadership of Prof. Mustafa Adam El-Tiri, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, announces that the Graduate Studies and Research Committee and the Research Ethics Committee will convene on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the meeting hall at…<\/p>\n
