The Jordanian Association of Pediatric Surgery, chaired by Prof. Ibrahim Dararikuh,<\/span> President of the Jordanian-American Physician Association (JAPA)<\/span>, extended an invitation to Prof. Mohamed Zaki El-Dahshouri,<\/span> Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Aswan University and Consultant of Urology and Congenital Malformations in Children, to attend the Jordanian-American Association Conference and contribute to discussions on pediatric malformation cases. As in previous occasions, he readily accepted the invitation, reaffirming his commitment to advancing medical services. His Excellency has previously participated in numerous scientific conferences and medical convoys across various Arab and African countries.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n On Monday, August 25, 2025, His Excellency, accompanied by pediatric surgery consultants at Queen Rania Al Abdullah Children\u2019s Hospital,<\/span> His Excellency examined ten cases of children with congenital deformities who are scheduled to undergo surgical operations. The examinations were conducted as part of a workshop organized at Queen Rania Al Abdullah Children\u2019s Hospital, held on the sidelines of the the Jordanian-American Association Conference, Jordan Branch.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Following the examinations, the workshop was held over two days, Tuesday and Wednesday, August 26\u201327, 2025, during which surgical procedures were broadcast live. His Excellency, Prof. El-Dahshoury,<\/span> Dean of the Faculty, performed six operations on cases with complex congenital malformations.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n H.E. emphasized that the significance of the workshop lies in engaging the doctors who participated online during the surgical demonstrations, addressing attendees’ questions, and facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experiences with young doctors.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n H.E. added that Queen Rania Al Abdullah Children\u2019s Hospital and its Pediatric Surgery Department are considered among the leading reference centers in the field of pediatric surgery in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, where several workshops are held throughout the year. These workshops hosted the world’s most renowned and the best pediatric surgeons to exchange expertise and share the latest scientific advances in pediatric surgery with our beloved country, Jordan.<\/span><\/p>\n Accordingly , the Jordanian-American Physicians Association was held over two days, Friday and Saturday, August 29\u201330, 2025, during which Prof. El-Dahshoury<\/span> delivered three lectures on urological malformations in children.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n In conclusion, His Excellency, the Director of Medical and Royal Services, Dr. Abdullah,<\/span> Director of Queen Rania Al Abdullah Children\u2019s Hospital, honored Prof. El-Dahshoury<\/span> in appreciation of his esteemed attendance and active participation. Likewise, Prof. El-Dahshoury<\/span> expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to Prof. Ibrahim Dararikuh,<\/span> former Chairman of the Jordanian Physicians Association, for his honorable invitation to participate in the conference, noting that it was a distinguished opportunity for scientific and professional exchange.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n His Excellency also congratulated Prof. Ahmed Al-Raimouni<\/span> on his appointment as President of the Jordanian Surgeons Association, wishing him continued success in serving the profession and supporting surgeons.
