In the event of the new academic year, all freshmen must attend the medical examination on Saturday, September 7, 2025, at the Medical Administration at the university headquarters. In New Aswan City,<strong>\u00a0you must bring the following:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">Nomination card.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">Photograph.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">A copy of the ID card.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff; font-size: 17px;\"><strong>Submission papers:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">1- Qualification certificate + photo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">2- Automated birth certificate + copy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">3- Two (2) copies of a personal card.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">4- (8) personal photos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">5- Plastic file.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">6- Model (2) Soldiers for Youth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">7- Military Service Card (6 Form) or (7 Form ) solider for male youth under 18 years old.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">8- A birth certificate with a triple number for young people under 18 years old.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">9- Tuition fees (not yet determined, provided that payment is made through a visa).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff; font-size: 17px;\"><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">The files were not received after the coordination office had obtained the names.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px;\">The student will not be registered at the college until the file is fully completed, and registration will not be taken until the names are received from the coordination office, as previously stated.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"addtoany_share_save_container addtoany_content addtoany_content_bottom\">\n<div class=\"a2a_kit a2a_kit_size_32 addtoany_list\" data-a2a-url=\"https:\/\/med.aswu.edu.eg\/en\/news\/medical-examination-dates-for-new-students-at-the-faculty-of-medicine-academic-year-2023-2024\/\" data-a2a-title=\"Medical Examination Dates for Freshmen at the Faculty of Medicine for the Academic Year 2023\/24\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The administration of the Faculty of Medicine, represented by the Dean of the Faculty and the Vice Deans, welcomes freshmen and enrolled students for the academic year 2025-2026.
