In the same context, Prof. Ghallab said that the festival is held in the framework of the presidential initiative \u201cSport is a National Security\u201d and the State\u2019s keenness on sports, university students\u2019 physical fitness, and activating student\u2019s activities via the ministry\u2019s and the supreme council of university\u2019s plan.
