The Department of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Medicine – Aswan, headed by Prof.\u00a0 Mustafa Adam Al-Tayri, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that the committees (Postgraduate Studies and Research – Scientific Research Ethics) will convene today, Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. in the Dean\u2019s Office at Aswan University Hospital, and that the last date for postgraduate students (Master\u2019s – Doctorate) is:<\/span><\/p>\n -Those interested in submitting research protocols must submit their suggestions on Monday, April 28, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n -Those seeking to submit their graduate thesis proposals must submit on Monday, May 5, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n Notes:<\/span><\/p>\n -(4) Master’s protocols will be accepted on the basis of priority (otherwise, they will be pushed to the following month).<\/span><\/p>\n -(4) PhD’s protocols will be accepted on the basis of priority (otherwise, they will be pushed to the following month).<\/span><\/p>\n -Applicants for protocols must complete the form provided by the Graduate Studies Department and follow the requirements, which can be found by clicking here.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n -Students whose protocols are accepted must submit an electronic copy to the committee members via the following email address:<\/span><\/p>\n (postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg)<\/span><\/p>\n A hardcopy copy approved by the supervisors must be forwarded to the Postgraduate Studies Office at the faculty’s headquarters.<\/span><\/p>\n -Students whose protocols are accepted should send an electronic copy to the committee members at postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg<\/span>, as well as a print copy confirmed by their supervisors, to the Graduate Studies Office at the college’s headquarters.
