The Department of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan, headed by Prof. Mustafa Adam Al-Tayri,<\/span> Vice Dean of the Faculty for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that the (Postgraduate Studies and Research-Scientific Research Ethics) Committees will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.in the Dean’s Office at the headquarters of Aswan University Hospital and that the last date<\/span><\/p>\n

Those aiming to submit research protocols must do so by Monday, November 25, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

Those aiming to submit postgraduate subjects must do so by Monday, December 2, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notes:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

(4) Master’s protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; otherwise, they will be carried over to the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n

(3) Doctoral protocols will be accepted first-come, first served (otherwise, they will be carried over to the following month).<\/span><\/p>\n

Applicants for protocols must follow the guidelines on the form created by the Postgraduate Studies Department, which can be downloaded by clicking here<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Students whose protocols are accepted must send an electronic copy to the committee members via the following email:<\/span><\/p>\n

(postgraduate ethics members@aswu.edu.eg) and also send a paper copy certified by the supervisors to the Graduate Studies Office at the college headquarters.<\/span><\/p>\n

No topics submitted after the specified deadline will be considered.<\/span><\/p>\n
