The Department of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan, led by Prof. Mustafa Adam Al-Tayri, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that the Postgraduate Studies and Research (Scientific Research Ethics) Committees will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Dean\u2019s Office at the headquarters of Aswan University Hospital and that the last date for postgraduate students (Master’s-Doctorate):<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

-Those intending to submit research protocols must do it by Monday, October 26, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Those intending to submit postgraduate subjects must do it by Monday, November 4, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notes:<\/span><\/p>\n

-(4) Master’s protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (otherwise, they will be pushed to the following month).<\/span><\/p>\n

-(3) Doctoral protocols will be accepted first come, first served (otherwise, they will be postponed till the next month).<\/span><\/p>\n

-Applicants for protocols must complete the form provided by the Postgraduate Studies Department and follow the requirements, which can be found by clicking here<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Students whose protocols are accepted must deliver an electronic copy to the committee members via email (postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg)<\/span> as well as a print copy certified by their supervisors to the Graduate Studies Office at the college’s headquarters.<\/span><\/p>\n
