The General Administration of Cultural Relations (international organization and conference administration) announced that according to what was issued to the secretariat of the council from the head of the Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which included the speech of the Foreign Ministry based on what was received to our embassy in Moscow from Moscow University and the Head Union of Russian Universities Presidents regarding the participation in the BRICS University Presidents forum over 2 days (17-18) October 2024 at the headquarter of Moscow University.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Foreign Ministry’s speech also included the following:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

-100 universities, educational institutions, and academic and education sector representatives are expected to participate.<\/span><\/p>\n

-The aims of the forum are the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Improving and developing scientific and educational cooperation among member countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Starting an evaluation project for BRICS universities.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Taking the initiative to create the BRICS Universities Association.<\/span><\/p>\n
