The General Administration of Postgraduate Studies and Research announces that the Council of Studies, which met on May 21, 2024,\u00a0and was approved by the University President, approved the proposal submitted by the Information and Communications Network Centre for the necessary mechanisms to provide electronic services at the unit, which are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n -Payment permission books are provided to institutions’ graduate studies offices to collect service fees.<\/span><\/p>\n -Service fees will be collected in colleges, as long as they are collected for the information center under electronic services and payment authorization is given through each college’s graduate studies office.<\/span><\/p>\n -The Digital Library Unit does not work directly with researchers. Requests are handled and accepted via the official email of the Office of the College Vice Dean for Graduate Studies or his authorized representative, and only by submitting them to the official email address of researchers in the Unit.<\/span><\/p>\n -Applications are sent via email, accompanied by the researcher’s payment receipt, a maximum of three (3) working days before the Department Council or the Faculty’s Graduate Studies Council.<\/span><\/p>\n -The results of the reports will be officially responded to, approved by the unit, to the email of the Office of the Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies or his authorized representative within (48) working hours for inquiry reports and (3) working days for a maximum of message quotation examination reports, and in the event of a technical malfunction or file protection. If there is a technical or security failure in the thesis file, it will be reported, and an audio file will be provided for evaluation.
