Under the auspice of Prof.Ayman Mahmoud Othman<\/span>-Aswan University President, Prof. Mohamed Zaki El-Dahshoury<\/span> – Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, In the presence and honor of Prof. Mohamed Abdel Aziz Mohallal – Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Mohamed Salah El-Din Fahmy<\/span> – Director of Aswan University Hospital, under the supervision of Prof. Mohamed Mostafa Hussein Younis<\/span> – Vice Dean of the Faculty for Postgraduate Studies and Research. Aswan Medicine hosted Prof. Ahmed Shukair – Professor of Urology<\/span>, at Mansoura University and former Director of the Ghoneim Center, and this is for the fifth year in a row, over two days Thursday and Friday corresponding to 4-5 October 2023 to be held the training course under the title of :<\/span><\/p>\n Scientific writing: From data collection to publishing: Hands-on course<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Dr. Hussein Mohamed Hussein<\/span>, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the Faculty, Aswan Medicine Student Association (AMSA Aswan) prepared and organized the training course in cooperation with the Aswan Medicine Student Union held at one of the New Internal Medicine Hospital Halls.<\/span><\/p>\n ”Muhalal”<\/span> Aswan University President For Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs welcomed the attendance and confirmed in his speech the importance of scientific research for students and researchers from academic staff and their assistants in raising the university’s ranking in the international and global classifications, pointing out the university’s interest in research and researchers through providing scientific and research needs, which embodies in preparing laboratories with the modern scientific research.<\/span><\/p>\n Explaining that Aswan University with strong scientific position among global universities in terms of ranking high places in the scientific citations in the British Times Classification over the previous years. ”Younis” -Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs added that this session is considered the fifth of this type where the Faculty of Medicine organized 4 training courses over the previous years on to know steps and methods of scientific research and this through acquiring research experiences from professors, and those with research experience and scientific stature from various universities and the way of writing research and master and doctorate theses.<\/span><\/p>\n The session includes practical training by asking questions on the audience which led to activating all audience, the attendance includes an elite of doctors at Aswan University Hospital, academic staff, and their assistants, researchers, and students at the Faculty of Medicine. <\/span><\/p>\n In conclusion, the faculty’s administration honored ”Shukair”<\/span> the great lecturer as an appreciation throughout the course days, as well as to endure the hardships of travel in order to spread knowledge and spread the benefit to the people of Aswan Governorate.<\/span><\/p>\n
