Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman<\/span>, President of Aswan University, and Prof. Mohamed Zaki El Dahshoury<\/span>, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aswan University Hospitals, were inaugurated today, Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the Movenpick Hotel, in the presence and honor of Dr. Ashraf Maabed<\/span>, Executive Director of Aswan University Hospitals. The annual conference of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University, co-hosted by the Interventional Catheter Conference and sponsored by Aswan University, the Egyptian Society of Cardiology, and the French Society of Cardiology. Heart and Al-Salam International Hospital, whose operations will be expanded<\/span><\/p>\n After hearing the national anthem, “Othman<\/span>,” the university president, welcomed the attendees, gentlemen, cardiologists, and general internal medicine doctors from Egypt’s governorates and southern Upper Egypt, as well as conference participants from various universities, emphasizing the importance of holding these conferences in exchanging experiences among doctors and working on Encouraging educational growth.<\/span><\/p>\n Al-Dahshoury<\/span>, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aswan University Hospitals, praised the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine for its remarkable growth, which includes a group of distinguished cardiologists and doctors, and this is reflected in the impact on the medical service provided to patients. Medical conferences attended by professors of heart and blood vessels from international, regional, and Egyptian universities with the goal of developing the scientific research system, working to exchange experiences between young doctors and experienced people, and learning everything new in heart disease.<\/span><\/p>\n On the sidelines of the conference, the conference supervisors presented shields in appreciation to the university administration, represented by “Othman” the university president, and the administration of the faculty and the university hospital, represented by “Dahshoury” the dean of the faculty, “Ma’bad”<\/span> the executive director of Aswan University Hospitals, as well as honoring many conference guests for their role in the success of the conference.<\/span><\/p>\n
