Academic staff and their assistants in the faculty are reminded by the Department of Cultural Relations in the central administration of the university that all about (holding- attendance – participation – ….. etc.) of the internal or external conferences, must be sent to an administrative official three months prior to the date of the conferences’ holding so that the conference administration at the institution may accept the decision and approve conference security.<\/span><\/p>\n

Documentation needed:<\/span>
\n-Agreement from the faculty dean and faculty council.<\/span>
\n\u2013 The department head’s support.<\/span>
\n-Demand letter<\/span>
\n\u2013 The conference’s objectives.<\/span>
\n-Participants.<\/span>
\n-Conferencing data<\/span>
\n-Copies of the passports of all foreign conference attendees who will be doing an opinion poll;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

-To get security approvals for attendees at external conferences, the Faculty of Medicine at Aswan University requires three (3) opinion poll forms and three (3) personal pictures of faculty members.<\/span><\/p>\n
