The Office of Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, headed by Prof. Mohamed Mustafa Hussein<\/span> – Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, announces that postgraduate students registered for master’s and doctoral theses must check the citation for theses before forming the judging and discussion committee for scientific theses, provided that the following forms filled out + a copy from the thesis loaded on a CD, then handed over to the information center at the university headquarters in Sahary:<\/span><\/p>\n -The physician’s endorsement of handing over the thesis for an academic integrity check.<\/span><\/strong> This is based on Aswan University Council decree , in its session No. (120) on June 27, 2022, regarding the activation of the academic integrity examination \u201ccitation\u201d for university theses as a requirement for the formation of the judging and discussion committee, according to its application in most universities and to achieve scientific research characterized by integrity and create a new generation of researchers characterized objectively, provided that the percentage allowed is (25%) from only one source as a maximum for citation, and the total percentage of citation from all sources does not exceed (40%), with the exception of research extracted from the university thesis.<\/span><\/p>\n
