The medical convoy of Aswan University in Tanzania resumes its work by conducting 8 surgeries for the tracts malformations and endoscopic examinations for more than 50 patients. Prof. Mohamed Zaki Al-Dahshoury – Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and head of the medical convoy, explained that the medical convoy of Aswan University, which is under the auspices of Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Osman – Acting President of Aswan University, continues its medical and surgical work in Tanzania for the 2nd day respectively and checks Tanzanian cases from 7 am until 7 pm.

“Al-Dahshoury”-Dean of Aswan Medicine and head of the convoy, stated that 8 cases of surgery for complex malformations were performed and more than 50 cases were examined, with the assistance of the medical team consisting of Dr. Ahmed Salah – Instructor of Urology at the Faculty of Medicine -Aswan University, and the anesthesia team which is consisted of Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Maboud, Dr. Mohamed El-Amin Sudan, Colonel Dr. Othman Bashir Sudan, and Dr. Ayman Abdel-Karim – the Faculty of Medicine at Sohag University, in addition to other various specialties such as (Orthopedics – General Surgery) that performs its medical work towards Tanzanian patients.
